Privacy Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2026

1) Who we are

Website: www.lavego.us (the “Site”)
Owner: Lavego Inc.
Contact: privacy[at]lavego.us
Address: 187 E. Warm Springs Rd. Suite B375, Las Vegas, NV 89119

2) What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It also includes our cookie practices.

3) Information we collect

A. Information you provide (non-automatic):

  • Name (first and last)
  • Email address
  • Any information you submit through forms (for example: contact requests or newsletter signup)

B. Information collected automatically (when you browse the Site):

  • IP address (approximate location can be inferred)
  • Device/browser information
  • Pages viewed, clicks, referring/exit pages, date/time, and similar usage data
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6)

4) How we use information

We use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested information
  • Send newsletters or updates if you sign up (you can unsubscribe any time)
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site (performance, analytics, troubleshooting)
  • Protect the Site (security, fraud prevention, abuse detection)
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

5) Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with:

  • Service providers that help us run the Site (hosting, email delivery, analytics, security, backups). They only get access as needed to perform services for us.
  • Legal/transactional disclosures if required by law, to protect rights/safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Service providers we currently use

  • Zoho Corporation (Bigin, Zoho Survey) — the media contact form, the newsletter signup and the opinion survey are provided by Zoho and are embedded from Zoho servers. When such a form is loaded, Zoho receives your IP address, browser information, and whatever you enter into the form.
  • Google LLC (Google Fonts) — the typefaces used on this Site are requested from Google servers, which receive your IP address in the process.
  • Hostinger — hosting of the Site.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — content delivery and protection against attacks. Traffic to this Site passes through Cloudflare servers.

Information may be processed in the United States by these providers.

6) Cookies and similar technologies

What we set ourselves

  • Consent decision — a first-party cookie named lavego_consent that stores whether you allow external content. Valid for one year.
  • Session cookie — set only in the investor area, to keep you signed in for the duration of your visit.

Both are strictly necessary for the Site to work. We do not run analytics or advertising cookies on this Site.

External content that requires your consent

The Zoho forms and the Google Fonts described in Section 5 are not loaded until you allow external content. Without your consent, a form shows a placeholder with a button to load it individually, and the Site falls back to typefaces already installed on your device. The Zoho forms may set their own cookies once loaded.

Your choices

  • You can change or withdraw your decision at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
  • You can also control cookies via your browser settings, but some Site features may break.

7) Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

8) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Children

This Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10) Your privacy rights (US focus, including California)

Depending on where you live and how our Site is used, you may have rights to:

  • Request access to the personal information we have about you
  • Request deletion or correction
  • Opt out of certain uses/sharing (including “sale” or “sharing” as defined by some laws)

California (CCPA/CPRA): California residents may have the right to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and certain targeted advertising. If we run analytics/ads in a way that qualifies as “sharing,” we will provide an opt-out mechanism (including via our cookie preferences).

To exercise rights, contact privacy[at]lavego.us with the subject “Privacy Request”.

11) Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer signals like Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Where required, we honor applicable opt-out preference signals through our consent/opt-out tools.

12) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the effective date when changes are posted.
